The Autodesk ‘Roadmap’ app is an internal sales tool created to help the field sales teams capture detailed knowledge from within a prospect’s company.
The app allows the sales person to engage with the prospect through a structured process and build a clear understanding of their objectives and pain points.
The results from the data gathered are then analysed and presented back in a visual output including graphs, heat maps and diagrams which can be then used in presentations or emailed to the customer as a leave behind. All data is also synchronised with a web-server to allow data from the sales meeting to be shared seamlessly with the sales directors and other senior team stakeholders.
The end result helps the sales teams to present consistently and focus on how the product can directly benefit the prospect with tangible recommendations based on actual data.
