The existing imaging partner portal and public site lacked traction, with enquiries and membership dropping. The portal needed to offer partners added value, strengthening relationships between partners and staff. One key objective was to support Fujitsu as a leader in imaging products.
The portal needed to deliver real value to the community of imaging distributors, solution partners, resellers and end customers. A public facing side and private side were created and translated into five languages to support existing partners and further business growth in EMEA.
Fujitsu has seen a significant increase in registered partners since the new portal went live. The program was a success and Torpedo fulfilled the brief within a tight deadline. Torpedo continues to provide on going support with website enhancements and email channel communication.
