Torpedo is an established and award-winning B2B marketing agency based near Oxford with an impressive list of clients, including Adobe, Panasonic, Petronas and Autodesk. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Project Delivery Co-ordinator to join our team, and support on delivering projects for a well-known software provider. You’ll work alongside the client account and creative teams to create localised assets for marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards. You’ll be process-driven and have impeccable attention to detail. 

Role & responsibilities

  • Support the client account handlers with the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Liaise with the creative and UX teams to create localised creative and digital assets based on the English versions
  • Manage copy translation with localisation agencies
  • Quality check all assets to ensure they adhere to client brand guidelines
  • Check specifications and file sizes of all assets
  • Upload assets to Sharepoint, client or agency systems
  • Keep tracking spreadsheets up to date
  • Schedule internal resource to work on projects
  • Keep the internal team and client informed on progress and manage expectations
  • Work to tight deadlines whilst providing clients with exceptional service at all times

Technical skills & experience

  • Ability to multi-task and undertake complex admin tasks
  • A confident, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
  • An extremely organised approach with excellent attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal and written English to ensure QA is to a high standard
  • Keen to be part of a team but have the ability to work alone and use your initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrive on working through a process and looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • Flexibility to work around and meet tight client timelines
