We’re thrilled with the news that we’ve been named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work for 2023. We all put in a big effort to make Torpedo a collaborative, fun, high-performing environment – so it’s great to be recognised for that on a national scale. Coming 13th is a brilliant result for us!

Campaign’s Best Places to Work scheme celebrates employers that are rated highly by their employees and can also demonstrate how their company benefits its staff. Best Companies Group runs a two-stage assessment which asks employers to provide information about their benefits, policies, and practices and gives employees a confidential questionnaire to complete on their workplace culture. The scores get tallied up, the drumroll begins, and then the results are announced.

So, to have achieved such a high ranking, Campaign must have been impressed with Torpedo’s benefits, policies, and practices, which we’re delighted about. The company puts its people first and creates an inclusive, friendly environment to work in. It values employee satisfaction very highly and takes every step possible to ensure staff feel appreciated and listened to.
