Showing our competitive side on the racetrack…

Torpedo’s latest team outing really got the blood pumping as we took to the Go Karts for an evening of living life in the fast lane.

Working in teams, a slow start for some soon turned into inch perfect laps with the encouragement of team members on the side line (although the energy boosting pizza may have played a helping hand too!).

The call of the podium was too strong for a few though, as they pushed themselves to the limits in the pursuit of glory, incurring time penalties and more black flags than we would like to admit! However, after an adrenaline fuelled two and a half hours of racing, it was the ‘Terror Turtles’ who triumphed, taking home the gold trophies.

Another fun-filled and successful Torpedo team event!
