Growing awareness of hospitality-related technology in an interactive way.
Panasonic Business has an extensive array of products for commercial use. From high-spec TVs and air con units for rooms to ovens and phone systems for operations, Panasonic can offer the hospitality industry an impressive technology package. But there was a lack of awareness. As such, we worked with our clients to target this lucrative market – specifically owners of independent hotels and managers of large hotel groups.
To more easily showcase the breadth of products available for hospitality, we crafted a 3D CGI interactive ‘cut-away’ hotel that could incorporate all the solutions under one roof. The aim was to bring to life how great the guest experience can be with Panasonic’s hotel solutions.
Models representing staff and guests were cast and filmed by the Motion Team. The live action footage was then integrated into the cut-away building created by our 3D designer – and our animated, interactive hotel became the centrepiece of the campaign. This lead asset gave a clear overview of how Panasonic technology could be seamlessly integrated within a hotel.
To give the more engaged users the detail they need to be able to make an informed decision, we developed a deep-dive experience too. Utilising clickable hotspots within the 3D model, users could interact with the specific solutions and learn how they all work together to help operations run smoothly – while effortlessly addressing common guest pain points.
Our integrated European campaign included a new landing page, a high-value video mailer to top-tier prospects, and a lower-cost mailer for the wider prospect audience. We created videos, short animations, and brochures to appeal to our audience’s different content consumption preferences – with the core value proposition staying consistent throughout: Panasonic gives you the freedom to deliver great guest experiences.
