Award win for Torpedo & Booking.com

We’re excited to share that we won Bronze for Booking.com’s online training courses at the Corporate Engagement Awards for ‘Best Environmental or Sustainability Programme’! 

The Corporate Engagement Awards – launched by Communicate Magazine – has grown to become a benchmark for collaboration. Designed to recognise the most successful and innovative corporate partnerships and the communication strategies around these collaborations, we were thrilled to earn this recognition from the industry.  

Our award entry showcased a series of four online sustainability courses which we created in collaboration with Booking.com and UN Tourism. Based on the tourism sector’s needs, we focused on more sustainable water management, food management, energy usage, and community engagement. 

The courses educate and encourage all accommodation providers, including Booking.com partners, to take the next step on their sustainability journey.  

From content planning with sustainability experts to creating 250+ course slides, nearly 40 expert-led videos, and nearly 20 case studies spotlighting Booking.com partners, the project was a real team effort! And we’re chuffed it’s now an award-winning one!
