As well as working hard for our clients, we value giving back to our local communities and charities.
We come together to volunteer within the community, and take part in a variety of exciting events, enabling us to donate all proceeds to our nominated charities.
Our nominated charity for 2025 is Tommy’s, the pregnancy and baby charity.
Tommy’s was founded in 1992 by two obstetricians at St Thomas’ Hospital in London and is now the largest UK charity researching the causes and prevention of pregnancy complications, miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.

Throughout 2024, we completed various challenges and activities to raise over £1,000 for the Oxford Children’s Hospital Charity (part of the Oxford Hospitals Charity)! The Oxford Children’s Hospital is the main hospital for children from across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley.
The Torpedo team took part in two sponsored events at Blenheim Palace – the OX5 fun run/walk and the Triathlon, we baked (or bought) cakes for our Torpedo bake-off sale and took part in various other activities to raise money for this fantastic cause.
We’ve also had the pleasure of working with Homeless Oxfordshire on some pro bono work. We created a short animation for them to help them raise awareness of the lives of some of the people they help in order to raise funds via the charity.
