As well as working hard for our clients, we value giving back to our local communities and charities.
We come together to volunteer within the community, and take part in a variety of exciting events, enabling us to donate all proceeds to our nominated charities.
Our nominated charity for 2026 is The Archway Foundation, serving those hurt by loneliness.
Founded in Oxford by Paul Hawgood in January 1982, Archway has been helping to relieve the distress associated with loneliness, its causes and impact. Archway’s inspiration and values are committed to serving those hurt by loneliness irrespective of religion, culture, gender identity or personal circumstances.
Our team will taking part in various activities across the year to raise both awareness and funds for this fantastic charity and we’d really appreciate your support!

During 2026, the Torpedo team threw themselves into a wide range of activities to support our chosen charity, Tommy’s, the pregnancy and baby charity.
From sponsored challenges like Tommy’s 8k a day and the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge, to friendly competition in our Move It Challenge, the team showed real commitment and teamwork throughout the year. We also kept things fun with in-office sweepstakes and a spooky bake-off.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we’ve raised over £1,800 for this incredibly worthy cause – smashing our original donation target by nearly double!
