Global corporate website – A streamlined, integrated and UX-optimised experience.

The challenge.

Nothing big – just reinvent Paragon’s entire global online presence, build a new website that delivers a more streamlined user experience and integrate three previously separate websites to form one international, multilingual site focused on their two largest markets, the UK and the US. No problem.

Creating Paragon’s bespoke solution.

First thing was to immerse ourselves in the Paragon world. Paragon designs and develops industry-leading route optimisation software for a huge range of distribution operations. Its software is used in more than 60 countries, by the likes of John Lewis, DHL and Tesco. We wanted to go deeper and completed a two-day discovery workshop to really get under the skin of the Paragon brand, its software and its customers.

With our research done, our UX and SEO teams developed the user journey around each audience scenario and mapped the content by stage and relevance.

The website needed to be easy to update, so we designed a flexible, customised CMS page builder in WordPress. This gave the Paragon marketing team complete control. As well as incorporating the subdomain for Paragon’s proof of delivery product ‘fleXipod’, we also integrated SalesFusion and a GeoIP service into the new and improved site.

The GeoIP service enabled us to adapt the content, depending on the visitor’s location. Considering the language differences of the UK and the US, this ensured that Paragon’s most-valued customers only ever received messaging made for them.

We love it when hard work pays off.

Since the website went live, we have further optimised performance based on site metrics and we continue to support Paragon with the ongoing development of the site. After receiving positive feedback on how we’d seamlessly integrated the additional software applications, we were also asked to integrate GoToWebinar.

We were subsequently given a new project and have a development roadmap to rebuild the company’s Extranet site, ‘Paragon World’. This will be a customer portal that gives access to training materials, how-to guides and webinars.
