Torpedo loves chocolate…. It’s official.

Yesterday we enjoyed our latest team building event, an uplifting and fun treat, packed with tasting, discovery, demonstrations and lots of CHOCOLATE!  Yes, that’s right, we tried our hands at some chocolate making.

Some highly skilled chocolatiers from My Chocolate came to our office for an evening where we learnt the history of chocolate, sampled raw cocoa nibs, identified secret ingredients (via lots sampling!) and then we got stuck into testing our inner creatives by making some of our own chocolates.

We got to make our own giant chocolate buttons, using professional tools to create special effects, followed by making fresh-cream truffles and chocolate covered fudge.

Everyone had great fun and it was fantastic to try something new and get everyone together for some chocolatey fun!
